Contest Steps to participate?
1) Purchase minimum one [1] pack of Amazin’ Graze Party Pack in a single receipt from any retail stores including AEON; AEON Maxvalu; AEON Big; FairPrice finest; Isetan; Jaya Grocer; TFP (Village Grocer, Bens, The Food Merchant, BSC); Qra and online stores including Shopee, Lazada, Amazin' Graze official website (www.amazingraze.com.my) Malaysia & (www.amazingraze.com.sg) Singapore within the Contest Period from 1 October - 31 December 2022. (*Available at selected stores & while stocks lasts)
2) Answer the following question creatively: Why do you want to win the grand prize [SONY PS5 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive]? (in 50 words or less)
3) Send in your contest entries via https://amazingrazewc2022.myideascontest.com, attach the receipt image as Proof of Purchase and for verification purposes.
4) Participants must retain ALL original printed receipts as Proof of Purchase. Only valid receipts (including printed e-receipts from online purchases) dated within the Contest Period will be accepted.
Terms & Conditions
Organiser, Duration & Eligibility
1. The Amazin’ Graze World Cup Oct-Dec ‘2022 Contest [“Contest”] is organized by (for Malaysia - Healthy Grazing Sdn Bhd; for Singapore - Amazin' Graze Pte Ltd) ["Organiser"]. This contest will commence from 1 October - 31 December 2022. ["Contest Period"].
2. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. This contest is open to all Amazin’ Graze shoppers of Malaysia & Singapore ["Participant"], except employees of the Organiser, advertising and public relations agents, and promotion service providers, including their immediate family members.
4. Participants are entitled to enter this Contest with purchase of minimum one [1] pack of Amazin’ Graze Party Pack in a single receipt ["Proof of Purchase"] at any participating outlets: AEON; AEON Maxvalu; AEON Big; FairPrice finest; Isetan; Jaya Grocer; TFP (Village Grocer, Bens, The Food Merchant, BSC); Qra and online stores including Shopee, Lazada, Amazin' Graze official website (www.amazingraze.com.my) Malaysia & (www.amazingraze.com.sg) Singapore (*Available at selected stores & while stocks last) within the Contest Period. The original receipt indicating date of purchase from 1 October - 31 December 2022 must be retained as Proof of Purchase by Participant for verification purposes.
5. For purchases via online store, screenshot the order details (must show “Delivered” status) and / or Invoice (from email) with successful transaction made as a valid Proof of Purchase.
6. All contest entries must reach the Organiser before or by 1 October - 31 December 2022.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to amend/revise and/or cancel any of these Terms & Conditions and/or the Contest Periods at any time.
8. Participants can submit more than one [1] entry but all entries must include the original Proof of Purchase. One [1] original Proof of Purchase is valid for one [1] entry only.
9. Contest entries which are incomplete, late, without original Proof of Purchase, or damaged will not be accepted.
10. Any expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to collect the Prize (if required), it is the sole responsibility of the winner.
Responsibilities & Rights of the Organiser
1. The decision of the Organiser is final. Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no action will be taken against the Organiser.
2. By participating in this Contest, Participants give permission to the Organiser and/or any third-party agents elected by Organiser ["Agency"] to process the Participants' personal data, which is provided through the contest form entries for contest purposes.
3. The Organiser and/or its agent shall take necessary precautions to ensure that Participants' personal data is protected.
4. Values of prizes are accurate at the time of printing. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice.
5. Prize(s) which are lost or damaged during the delivery process are not replaceable and the Organizer disclaims any obligations to neither replace nor fulfill these prizes.
6. The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest submission process, or the operation of the Contest and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Contest.
7. By participating in this Contest, Participants agree and have given the Organiser the rights to use their name, address, photograph, particulars, documents and information for the purpose of advertising and all other forms of publicity from time to time without any royalty or compensation including, without limitation to any taping(s) and recording(s) in connection with the Contest.
8. Participants will assume full liability in case of any injury, loss, claim, or accident [including loss of life] resulting from participation in the Contest and/or use of their prizes.

Selection & Announcement of Winners
1. There will be a total of four [4] prizes to be given away for Malaysia and Singapore respectively.
2. Winners will be selected based on the following process:
- Determining Prize Winner(s): At the end of the Contest period, eligible participants for the Grand Prize and Consolation Prize will be shortlisted based on valid submissions during the Contest period, and the most creative answers will be ranked and selected by the Organizer for the Prizes;
- Basis of re-allocation if a Prize is not claimed: At the end of the Contest period, in the event that the selected participant cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts for three (3) consecutive days (during working hours, Monday to Friday), the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the selected entry’s eligibility and shall select the next qualified participant.
3. Winners will be notified via the mobile numbers provided within 4 - 6 weeks from the end of the Contest Period. All prizes must be collected within 30 days from the notice date. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. All expenses incurred to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
4. All winners must abide by the Terms & Conditions imposed by the Organiser.
5. Each Participant can win only one [1] Prize throughout the entire Contest Period. All prizes are given on an "As is" basis and are not exchangeable for credit, cash, other items, or voucher, in part or in full.
6. If the Organiser is unable to reach the winner after 3 attempts in 3 days from the notice date, the Organiser has the right to choose the next eligible participant as a winner.

f. The personal data given is obligatory and all incomplete entries will render the participation void;
g. Individual personal data will be validated upon confirming the winners and if there are changes to the personal data, the Individual is required to update the Organiser; and
